We want all parties to be satisfied with the relationship. While we use an engagement letter to lay out the agreed-upon services, you may cancel your services at any time. If we part ways, your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data will remain with you. However, any discounts in your monthly QBO subscription fee will be lost at that time.
In general, we typically work with businesses that generate at least $400,000 in gross revenue annually. However, we have a soft spot for startups and budding entrepreneurs who are in need of accounting help. If that sounds like you, please still reach out to us.
We believe in efficiency in systems, so we’re passionate about using the same tech stack for all clients. Also, we are QuickBooks ProAdvisors. The setup or migration from another system is included in our onboarding process, as is the subscription fee as long as you work with us.
