Ugo took over the bookkeeping for our theater company after years of different volunteers and freelancers working on our books. To put it mildly, our books were a mess, with transaction mis-tagged and often just missed. Ugo brought a steady, firm hand and calm presence to our issues, re-organizing our chart of accounts, helping us formulate procedures, creating weekly cash flow projections, and making herself available as needed to troubleshoot. To say we loved working with her does not nearly convey our gratitude and appreciation of her skills and dedication.

Ugochi was a blessing to our all-volunteer alumni organization. Prior to her on-boarding as our Treasurer, we were primarily using Excel spreadsheets along with a desktop version of QuickBooks that was not set up properly. She effortlessly transitioned us to QuickBooks Online. She was extremely supportive and patient with a natural ability to teach – she provided tutoring sessions for me to more fully understand the inner workings of QB.

She provided accurate and readily available reports and analysis that helped to take the organization to another level. As the organization has grown over the years, her service to the organization still continues to prove beneficial. She has proven to be trustworthy, extremely professional, and knowledgeable.
