What We Review

The Clarity Check includes a review of:

  • Your QuickBooks Online setup and chart of accounts
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Balance sheet accuracy
  • Journal entries and restricted funds activity
  • Grant and program tracking structure
  • Reporting consistency and visibility gaps
 

We’ll request accountant access to your QuickBooks Online file as part of this process. After the review, you’ll receive a customized Readiness Report.

Once complete, you’ll receive a personalized Readiness Report that includes:

  • Key observations about your current financial structure.

  • A list of gaps, risks, or inefficiencies we identify.

  • Strategic recommendations tailored to your organization.

  • A quote for monthly services (if appropriate).
