1. Start with a Discovery Call
We’ll learn about your organization and see if we’re a good fit. Book a call to get started.
2. The Clarity Check
We perform a one-time diagnostic review of your QuickBooks Online to assess the current state of your books. This paid service—The Clarity Check—allows us to assess the accuracy and structure of your current bookkeeping.
3. Readiness Report + Quote
After the review, you’ll receive a written Readiness Report outlining our findings, plus a custom quote for monthly services. If clean-up is needed, a flat fee for a Clarity Reset will be included in your quote.
4. Get Started
Once the quote is approved, we’ll complete any necessary clean-up and begin monthly services based on your selected package—Foundation, Insight, or Vision.
